Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add one scoop to a 500ml spray bottle.
2. Fill with water and shake well
3. Spray on any hard surface — kitchen, tiles, walls, or benches.
4. Wipe with a cloth and let it dry naturally.
5. For regular use, refill as needed.

  • Can I use it on kitchen benches where I prep food?

    Yes — it's specifically designed to be food-safe. No rinsing required, no chemical residue, no harsh smells transferring to your food. It's used in commercial kitchens and cafés for exactly this reason.

  • What surfaces can I use it on?

    Sealed stone, laminate, stainless steel, glass, tiles, sealed wood, painted walls. The only surfaces to avoid are unsealed natural stone (marble/travertine) if you're worried about very long-term exposure, and unsealed timber that absorbs liquids.

  • Does it really clean as well as supermarket multipurpose sprays?

    Better, actually. Most supermarket sprays rely on surfactants that just suspend the dirt so you wipe it away. MULTIZAP uses probiotic enzymes that actually digest the grime on the surface — the effect keeps working for hours after you spray. Its microbiology gets into cracks and porous situations much better than chemical cleaners.

  • Is it safe around pets and kids?

    Yes. No phosphates, no chlorine, no ammonia. Safe around food-prep areas, pet bowls, and high chairs. If a dog licks a freshly sprayed floor, no harm done.

  • How do I dilute it?

    One scoop (10g) makes a full 500ml spray bottle — just add warm water, shake for 15 seconds, and you're ready. No need to re-dilute for tough jobs; the formula is already at the right concentration. For floor cleaning, 2 x 10g scoops into a bucket (5 litres).

    So good

    Multizap is just as impressive — gentle, safe, and so versatile. I really love that I don’t need a hundred different bottles anymore — I can clean the whole house with just one product 🙌

    Obsessed with the smell

    I LOVE this product so much. I know it's non-toxic but works so well on everything! Plus it smells amazing (from the natrual citric acid i suppose!) Highly, recommend.

    Hidden Gem...SCALEZAP 360

    I have been using this product for a few months and love its versatility. I use it everywhere. However I have stumbled across another Thrive product called SCALEZAP 360 foam which they sell to business only at the moment, it's fantastic in the bathroom for shower screens, scale build up in the tile grout and toilet bowl, I often spray and leave and it works away at it...easy, safe and effective. Look forward to SZ 360 coming to market!

    The importance of a non toxic household for our family

    We recently had twin boys and we were delighted to find this amazing product, MultiZap, to ensure our household has no toxic chemicals that are in most other cleaning products. As parents, it's one less thing to worry about when it comes to the health and safety of our children. I would highly recommend this product. It's extremely user friendly for cleaning all surfaces in our bathrooms, kitchen, living area, floors! I was also very surprised with how affordable such a high quality product is! We will be lifetime users!

    All purpose cleaner

    What a great product - i love it - kitchen Services where I tried it on some carpet stains on lift to draw and backI use this for everything from kitchen surfaces , bathroom sinks and recently I tried it on some carpet stains - sprayed it on and left it to dry then vacuumed and stains gone . So good to have a product that is so versatile and no bleach or harsh chemicals - thanks thrivebio
