• Is this safe for septic systems?

  Yes. Toilet Cleaner is fully septic-safe — it's biologically based and breaks down naturally without killing the beneficial bacteria your septic tank needs to work. No chlorine, no phosphates, no harsh surfactants.

• How is this different from TOILETZAP?

  Use Toilet Cleaner for everyday cleaning and light descaling — it's your weekly workhorse. Use TOILETZAP when you have heavy staining, limescale buildup under the rim and below the water line, or odours that won't shift. Most customers buy both and use them together.

• How often should I use it?

  For a clean, well-maintained toilet: once or twice a week (allow to sit in the toilet for 4+ hours for best results). If your toilet sees heavy use, daily is fine — it's gentle enough not to damage ceramic, seals, or waxes.

• Will it actually remove limescale?

  Yes, on light-to-medium limescale. The natural citric acid and probiotics gently dissolve mineral buildup without scratching. For very heavy scale that's been there for years, pair it with TOILETZAP for the first few treatments, then maintain with Toilet Cleaner.

• Is it safe around kids and pets?

  Yes. No bleach, no ammonia, no choking fumes. If your toddler or dog sneaks a lick off a rim before you've wiped it down, you'll have a nervous moment but not a trip to the hospital. (Still — keep the bottle out of reach, as with any cleaner.)
